Manjeet Bhasin
Born and raised in West Los Angeles. As a child my favorite things to draw in school were big houses with many rooms, and a big family to fill up these rooms. At the time I didn’t realize the importance of being a homeowner. As an adult I understand that purchasing property is not only a great way to grow your money and see a return on investment; it’s a retirement plan, its future financial freedom, it’s a way to ensure that you won’t be a burden on the next generation, and it's a chance to keep your legacy alive. My love for selling Real Estate comes from beautiful homes, and the families I see in those homes. Homes are a place where new families are created. My fulfillment from Real Estate comes from helping people find their way home.
Rachel Samouha
My Family and I moved to Los Angeles as Immigrants when I was 5 years old. Our weekend outings consisted of driving in the canyons and admiring the beautiful homes. Even as a young child I was eager to learn the process of buying a home. I pursued a Master in Social work/ Therapy at USC. What I loved most about my line of work was meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures in their homes and seeing how they lived. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful and emotional, and while I can't take the stress and emotion out of the transaction, I can help you to navigate through it. I have been able to integrate my educational background and my love for selling Real Estate, thus being named The Real Estate Therapist.
